Delivery
We dispatch our products within 5 working days of placing your order. This time is a consequence of the fact that all our weighted products are made to your individual order.

We send the parcels via DPD, UPS courier.
Delivery waiting time from dispatch of the order:
- EU countries and Great Britain 3-8 working days
- Countries outside the EU 5-10 working days
- Rest of the world 5-10 working days
Customers who do not reside in the European Union may be charged an additional duty on delivery of the parcel. The amount of customs charges depends on the country.
Returns
Healthy sleep guarantee and safe return option for premium products.
The weighted products ordered on the website senric.com are non-prefabricated items and are manufactured in accordance with the individual specifications of the customer. Therefore, it is not possible to return a purchased product without giving a reason if the product has no visible defects. However, there are exceptions for premium products such as premium duvets and premium kids duvets, where you have up to 21 days to check their quality. If they do not meet your expectations, you can safely return them to us without any formalities and receive a refund within 14 working days. You only pay for the return delivery. The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition. Remember to enclose the completed Premium Return Form to the parcel.
